This 5 bedroom, 4 full bath colonial has a breathtaking entryway with a spiral staircase, open floor plan, 10-foot ceilings, a fireplace with Cambria Quartz surround, and radiant heat floor throughout the first level. The kitchen has completely custom OZ General Contracting manufactured cabinets, Cambria quartz countertops, undercabinet lighting, toe-kick lighting, and more. You have custom OZ cabinets, shower doors, and shampoo niches in the bathrooms. The Master bedroom has recessed RGB LED lighting in the crown molding, another marvelous fireplace with Cambria quartz surround, a large walk-in closet, and a beautiful freestanding tub in the master bathroom. The home's exterior still needs finishing touches. Still, you can see the large custom 22-foot front porch columns, and hidden underneath, are radiant heat in the front steps, sideway, walkway, and driveway to combat those snowy New York days.
